With This Second Street Brawler Tournament, Your MUGEN Fighters Are Fighting In An Abandoned Car Park With A Much Larger Crowd watching This Time! Word On The Street Says That Your MUGEN Fighter Is Going Places, And They Want To Witness An Upcoming Legend Show Their Skills! Keep Your Guard Up MUGEN Fighters And Show The Crowd What You Got, Yo! I Made This A Normal Stage And I Messed With The Bounds And Tensions To Make Sure Your Fighters Are Adjusting Properly On The Stage! I Really Love How This Stage Turned Out!
